Transparent policies for a smoother ride.

Payment

Full payment is due upfront through secure Stripe checkout before a ride is confirmed for dispatch.

Instant prices are estimates based on route distance, selected vehicle, round-trip discount, add-ons, and optional gratuity.

Tolls, airport fees, parking, waiting time, and gratuity are excluded from the base estimate unless selected in the calculator.

Flight number is required for From Airport rides so MTO can prepare pickup details.

Hourly charter service has a 4-hour minimum.

Guest checkout is used for customer bookings. Staff operations are protected behind the internal dashboard.
